Welcome to SUIXWEAR, operated by Shenzhen Suixu Trading Co., Ltd. (collectively "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sxwear.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to: interfere with the Site’s security, attempt to access accounts you do not own, or misuse any content in any way.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to update it promptly when it changes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Products, Pricing and Availability

• We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but your monitor may render colours slightly differently;
• Prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time;
• All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a substitute or a full refund;
• We may occasionally correct typographical or pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order in our discretion. An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse service to anyone at any time.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (including major credit cards, PayPal and other providers). Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site – including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, code and software – is the property of SUIXWEAR or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

9. User Content and Reviews

If you submit product reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content on the Site and in our marketing. You confirm that your content is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive or inaccurate.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if not resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
